Level 1
Keeping in tune with our commitment to total value, we have an organized
team of purchase executives with years of experience behind them, who
score the farms for the best quality onions and other vegetables. They
grade the produce not only by the quality of the onion but also evaluate
the farming methods.

Level 2
Each lots of the onions are is graded not only as per size and color but
also checked manually keeping in mind the overall quality.
Level 3
The onions are peeled and repeatedly washed in before water to sanitize
them for further process.
Level 4
The sanitized onion is then sent for process of dehydration. The automatic
belt dryers in the plant impart the exact degree of dehydration without
affecting the taste and pungency.
Level 5
The dehydrated onions are sorted in a clean air conditioned room keeping
utmost sanitized conditions, and then the sorted items are passed through
a Metal Detector to free them from any unwanted metal impurities.
Level 6
The completely sanitized and processed product goes through a final stage
of checking to ensure complete standardization of quality, safety,
hygiene, taste and color.
Level 7
The dehydrated onion is finally ready for sale or export after our unique
safe packing systems ensure that the product will reach the consumer with
the same high standard of quality, taste, hygiene, and safety.
